Full of bright, berry flavours and a buttery crumble, this fruity dessert is perfect for special occasions or just for those nights when you feel like some good old fashioned home-baking.
Preheat the oven to Gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Put the berries into a bowl, sprinkle over half the sugar and mix. Put into an ovenproof dish.
In a mixing bowl, rub the butter into the flour, squashing it together to form a few clumps. Stir through the rest of the sugar, the cinnamon and the almonds.
Spoon the crumble mixture over the berries and bake for 25mins or until golden and bubbling. Serve with yogurt or ice cream.
