Ingredients

  • 500g Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 55g butter
  • 90g plain flour
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 50g flaked almonds
  • yogurt or ice cream, to serve

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Put the berries into a bowl, sprinkle over half the sugar and mix. Put into an ovenproof dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, rub the butter into the flour, squashing it together to form a few clumps. Stir through the rest of the sugar, the cinnamon and the almonds.
  3. Spoon the crumble mixture over the berries and bake for 25 mins or until golden and bubbling. Serve with yogurt or ice cream.
