Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Mix together the apple juice, honey and cinnamon in a bowl. Then stir in the oats until well coated. Lightly grease a shallow baking tray and tip the oats out onto it. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Then add the almonds and stir to break up any large clumps. Cook for another 5–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Leave to cool.
To assemble, stir the honey into the yogurt (if using). Put the fruit in a glass or bowl, then spoon over the yogurt and top with the granola.
