Ingredients
- 1 x Camembert
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed with the back of a knife
- sprig rosemary, cut into 3 pieces
- small handful cranberries

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200ºC, fan 180ºC.
- Remove the packaging from the Camembert (if it’s in a wooden pack leave it in, but take it out and sit on foil if in plastic).
- Make 3 large slits on top of the cheese and put a clove of garlic and a piece of rosemary in each slit. Scatter over some cranberries.
- Wrap up the cheese in tin foil and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey all the way through and the cranberries have started to burst a little.
- Serve immediately, with a selection of crackers. It’s also great with celery sticks, apple slices and radishes.
