This chicken gyros recipe is easy to make and has all the flavour of an authentic Greek chicken gyros. You could even prep the chicken the day before and allow it to marinate overnight in the fridge. Serve with flatbreads, your choice of sauce and some tasty sides, if you like – delicious! See method
