Chipolatas with plum jam and sesame seeds recipe

With rich plum jam and sesame seeds these chipolatas are gorgeously sticky and delicious. This easy Christmas party food idea gives you a canapé that's sure to keep your guests coming back for more.

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.
  2. Gently warm the plum jam in a small saucepan over a low-medium heat until it becomes a loose consistency. Stir in the oil.
  3. Separate the sausages and toss in the jam mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Season with a little salt and pepper and put in a large roasting tin. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until browned and cooked through. Serve immediately.
