Ingredients

  • 150ml whisky
  • 50ml red vermouth
  • 30ml syrup from a jar of cocktail cherries
  • pinch of mixed spice
  • ice cubes
  • cocktail cherries, to serve

Method

  1. Pour the whisky, vermouth, cherry syrup and a pinch of mixed spice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes and shake until cold. Strain into 4 shot glasses and garnish each one with a cocktail cherry to serve.
