Ingredients

  • 50ml Aerstone Sea Cask 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
  • 20ml cranberry juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • small handful of ice
  • sugared cranberries (optional, see tip)
  • 1 rosemary sprig

Method

  1. Pour the Aerstone Sea Cask 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky, cranberry juice and bitters into an Old Fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir to combine. Garnish with sugared cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.​ ​

Tip: To make sugared cranberries, make a simple sugar syrup by dissolving 50g caster sugar in 50ml water over a medium heat. Stir in the cranberries and cook for 1 min. Remove the cranberries with a slotted spoon and allow to dry on a wire rack for 1 hour. Coat the cranberries in 2 tbsp caster sugar and enjoy with your festive cocktails.
