Honey, syrup and vanilla lend a sweetness to the baked oats, which combined with the tart berries and juicy raisins gives a delicious breakfast idea that's perfect for both gluten-free and nut-free diets. Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100ml maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g (7oz) gluten-free oats
  • 225g (7 1/2oz) bag Tesco Wholefoods berries and raisins

Method

  1. Heat oven to gas 2, 150°C, 130°C fan. Mix the oil, maple syrup, honey and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in the oats to coat well. Spread out the oaty mixture on a large baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the berries and raisins to the mixture and bake for another 5 minutes. Leave to cool, before breaking up and storing in a jar.
