  • 4 white batch rolls
  • 4 tbsp soya & chive dip from Plant Chef Multi-pack Dip
  • iceberg lettuce
  • 4 onion bhajis
  • 8 tsp mango chutney

Method

  1. Slice 4 white batch rolls in half and spread the bottom of each with 1 tbsp soya & chive dip from Plant Chef Multi-pack Dip.
  2. Divide ¼ shredded iceberg lettuce between them and top each with an onion bhaji.
  3. Spread the top of each roll with 2 tsp mango chutney, then sandwich together.
