Ingredients

  • 10g fresh oregano, leaves picked and finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • 80ml olive oil

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl or a resealable bag; season.
