  • 200g raspberries, plus extra to garnish
  • a large handful of mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
  • 200ml Tesco Finest Melodist London Dry Gin
  • 750ml Tesco Finest sparkling apple & elderflower pressé
  • ice cubes

  1. Muddle the raspberries and the mint leaves in a jug with the end of a rolling pin. Stir in the gin.

  2. Strain, then add to a large jug half-filled with ice cubes. Top up with the sparkling apple & elderflower pressé and garnish with mint leaves and raspberries to serve.
