of the reference intake Carbohydrate 8g Protein 0.5g Fibre 1.5g
Muddle the raspberries and the mint leaves in a jug with the end of a rolling pin. Stir in the gin.
Strain, then add to a large jug half-filled with ice cubes. Top up with the sparkling apple & elderflower pressé and garnish with mint leaves and raspberries to serve.
