Salted caramel espresso martini recipe
Give a classic espresso martini cocktail an indulgent twist with this salted caramel espresso martini recipe. The classic vodka and coffee base is mixed with sweet and salty caramel sauce for a simple, luxurious cocktail for two. See method
- 2 tbsp Tesco Finest salted caramel sauce
- 75ml freshly brewed hot espresso
- ice cubes
- 50ml coffee liqueur
- 100ml Absolut vodka
- Cocoa, for dusting

Each serving contains

- Mix together the salted caramel sauce and the espresso until the caramel has fully melted. Set aside to cool.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour over the cooled espresso mix, coffee liqueur and vodka. Shake vigorously until well combined. Strain the mixture into 2 martini glasses, dust a little cocoa over the top and serve.
