Raise a glass to St Patrick with this celebratory boozy coffee. Topped with thick whipped cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce, this drink is the epitome of indulgence. See method

Make up a cafetière of 300ml coffee and pour between two heatproof glasses.
Pour in 25ml liqueur and 25ml whiskey per glass and stir gently.
Lightly whip the whipping cream until slightly thickened but not yet soft peaks, then spoon half on top of each coffee.
Heat the salted caramel sauce in a small pan until pourable, then drizzle over the coffees to serve.
