Ingredients

  • 300ml Tesco Finest Costa Rican Coffee
  • 50ml Tesco Finest Salted Caramel Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 50ml Irish whiskey
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream
  • 2 tsp Tesco Finest Salted Caramel Sauce

Method

  1. Make up a cafetière of 300ml coffee and pour between two heatproof glasses.

  2. Pour in 25ml liqueur and 25ml whiskey per glass and stir gently.

  3. Lightly whip the whipping cream until slightly thickened but not yet soft peaks, then spoon half on top of each coffee.

  4. Heat the salted caramel sauce in a small pan until pourable, then drizzle over the coffees to serve.
