Spring radishes with chilli and lime mayo and toasted sesame seeds recipe

A fun, flavoursome snack of fresh spring radishes dipped in a creamy, fiery chilli and lime mayo and toasted sesame seeds. A delicious dish that can be whipped up in only 10 minutes, perfect to fill the gap when time is short and great for eating on the go.

Combine the mayonnaise, most of the lime zest and all of the juice in a small bowl. Add the chilli sauce to taste, and stir, until well mixed. Garnish with the remaining lime zest.

In a large frying pan, toast the sesame seeds over a medium heat, stirring until golden. Remove from the heat and transfer to a small bowl.

Arrange the radishes on a board or in a bowl and serve along with the lime mayo and seeds for dipping.
