This vegan Indian side dish is perfect for sharing on curry night. Ready in under 15 minutes, this vibrant stir-fry of greens and peas has a real kick from fresh chilli and ginger. Heat the oil in a lidded frying pan set over a medium heat. Add the cumin and mustard seeds, sizzle for 1 min, then add the chilli and ginger and cook for 30 secs.
