Ingredients

  • 275ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp grenadine
  • 2 tbsp triple sec
  • 6 raspberries, cut into thirds
  • 30ml silver tequila
  • ½ small orange, thinly cut into 6 half moons

Method

  1. Mix 75ml orange juice with the grenadine and triple sec. Divide between 6 ice lolly moulds and add a few raspberry pieces into each. Freeze for 2-3 hrs until partially frozen.
  2. Mix the remaining orange juice and the tequila together in a jug. Pour over the partially frozen base, add a slice of orange to each. Insert a lolly stick into each mould. Freeze overnight until fully frozen. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
