  1. Apple Moscow mule

A Moscow mule is a classic cocktail, so give it a new spin for autumn with this apple cider twist. Muddle together apple cider, vodka, limes and mint and pour over crushed ice for a refreshing evening drink. Top up with fizzy ginger beer and garnish with extra mint, lime wedges and thinly sliced apple.

  2. Harvest mimosas

Give an elegant mimosa cocktail an autumnal twist with this harvest mimosas recipe. Forest fruits juice gives the drinks a pretty purple hue, whilst the chilled cider and Prosecco make this tipple extra refreshing. Garnish with fresh blackberries for a fruity finishing touch.

  3. Caramel cider floats

For a truly indulgent treat, try these caramel cider floats. A grown-up alcoholic twist on a coke float, these start with a spiced salted caramel sauce and are topped up with cider. Top the drinks with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream, drizzle with extra caramel sauce and grab a straw!
