Grill sweet pointed peppers until charred and blistered. Leave to cool in a covered bowl, then remove the skin and slice the flesh. Grill bacon until crispy. Top a cooked Tesco Finest ultimate brisket & chuck burger with Cheddar, then grill until it’s melted. Put lettuce on the base of a brioche bun, then add the burger, bacon, peppers and rings of red onion. Top with the bun lid.
