Ingredients

  • 4 frozen beef quarter pounders
  • 4 slices mature Cheddar
  • 4 soft white rolls, halved
  • 4 tsp English mustard
  • 1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 beef tomatoes
  • ½ large red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise

Method

  1. Cook the burgers to pack instructions, topping each with a slice of Cheddar for the final 2-3 mins to melt.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the halved rolls. Spread 1 tsp mustard onto the base of each bun, then top each with 2 lettuce leaves, the cooked burger patty and slices of tomato.
  3. Add the onion and ½ tbsp sweet pickle to the burgers. Spread each bun top with ½ tbsp mayonnaise and sandwich on top of the burgers to serve.
