Ingredients

  • 2 slices Tesco Finest Rye and Mixed Seed Sourdough
  • 65g Philadelphia Original​
  • 170g pack ready-to-eat flame-grilled chicken mini fillets, roughly chopped​
  • 20g walnut halves, finely chopped​
  • 1 tbsp clear honey​
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives​

Method

  1. Toast the bread until golden, then cut each slice into 6 triangles. Leave to cool.​ ​ 
  2. Spread the Philadelphia over each triangle until evenly coated, then top with the chicken and walnuts. Drizzle over the honey and garnish with a sprinkling of chives. Finish with a grind of freshly cracked black pepper.
