TESCO Great British Chef yo berry crunch

This recipe couldn’t be much simpler. With just four easy steps it’s a delicious summer pudding that kids will love to make.

Place frozen mixed berries and sugar in a small pan over a low heat. Cook until the fruit is soft, turn off the heat and allow to cool.

While the berries cool, crush the digestive biscuits in a mixing bowl with the back of a spoon. This is a great step for the kids to get involved in – let them really smash up the biscuits!

Place a layer of crushed digestives into the bottom of each serving glass.

Spoon in a centimetre thick layer of Greek yogurt, followed by 1cm of the cooked berries. Repeat until you have six layers - two of each flavour.  Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
