A classic Christmas side – this super simple recipe gives perfectly sweet-sharp cranberry sauce with a glug of rich port. This must-have Christmas trimming pairs wonderfully with golden, roasted turkey.
- Put the cranberries, port and clementine zest and juice in a pan over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 mins, stirring, until the cranberries begin to soften.
- Stir in the sugar and spoon into a serving dish. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
