Ingredients

  • 500ml dairy free coconut milk, chilled
  • 350ml soya mango yoghurt
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp runny honey (optional)
  • small handful ice

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
