Chill a highball glass in the freezer. Take the triple chocolate ice cream out of the freezer for 10 mins to soften.
Put the ice cream in a blender with the coffee liqueur, vodka, Irish cream liqueur and skimmed milk, and blitz until smooth.
Pour into the chilled glass, grate over a little dark chocolate and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
Top tip: If you don’t have a blender, leave the ice cream out for 15 mins until soft, then mix with a whisk until smooth.
Serving suggestion: Add a sprinkling of popping candy for a fun garnish idea.
