Ingredients

  • 80g triple chocolate ice cream
  • 30ml coffee liqueur
  • 20ml vodka
  • 30ml Irish cream liqueur
  • 140ml skimmed milk
  • Dark chocolate, for grating
  • mint sprig, to garnish

Method

  1. Chill a highball glass in the freezer. Take the triple chocolate ice cream out of the freezer for 10 mins to soften. Put the ice cream in a blender with the coffee liqueur, vodka, Irish cream liqueur and skimmed milk, and blitz until smooth. Pour into the chilled glass, grate over a little dark chocolate and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve immediately.

Top tip: If you don’t have a blender, leave the ice cream out for 15 mins until soft, then mix with a whisk until smooth.

Serving suggestion: Add a sprinkling of popping candy for a fun garnish idea.
