Ingredients

  • 50ml Tesco Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 80ml (3fl oz) strong espresso coffee (at room temperature)
  • 80ml (3fl oz) vodka
  • agave syrup, to taste
  • 6 espresso beans, to garnish

Method

  1. Chill 2 cocktail glasses in the freezer. 
  2. Meanwhile, half fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the Irish cream liqueur, coffee and vodka. If you like your cocktails on the sweeter side, add 1 tsp agave syrup. Put the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. 
  3. Remove the lid and strain into the chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish each drink with 3 espresso beans and serve.
