Ingredients

  • 80g fresh or frozen mango
  • 80g Braeburn apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp cardamom pods, seeds removed and crushed in a pestle and mortar
  • 100g 0% fat Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 75ml semi-skimmed milk
  • handful of ice
  • 1 tsp shelled, unsalted pistachios, finely sliced

Method

  1. Add the mango, apple, most of the cardamom, yogurt, coconut, milk and ice to a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Divide between 2 glasses and top with the pistachios and a sprinkle of the remaining cardamom to garnish. Serve immediately.
