Mango Lassi recipe

Add this recipe to your binder.

Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces. Discard the seed. Blend the mango pieces into a smooth pulp using a blender/mixer. If you are using tinned mango pulp, skip the above steps.

Add the milk, yogurt, ice cubes and sugar to the pulp and blend again. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with cardamom powder. Serve chilled.
