Ingredients

  • 1 oats sachet
  • 180ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp milled flax seeds
  • 5g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp fine-cut orange marmalade
  • ½ orange, zested

Method

  1. Cook the oats to pack instructions. Once cooked, stir through the flax seeds and butter until evenly combined, then spoon into a bowl.
