A reinvigorating mini martini! The perfect classic cocktail to enjoy between Christmas and New Year. Try with something fiery or fragrant like a turkey curry.. See method

Ingredients

  • 75ml vodka
  • 15ml white vermouth
  • 15ml brine from pimento stuffed olives in brine
  • ice cubes
  • olives, to garnish
  • pickled silverskin onions, to garnish

Method

  1. Pour the vodka, vermouth and olive brine into a jug. Add a handful of ice cubes and stir until the mixture is very cold.
  2. Taste to check you are happy with the dilution and continue to stir if needed. Strain into 4 chilled shot glasses and garnish each shot with an olive and a pickled silverskin onion.
