A reinvigorating mini martini! The perfect classic cocktail to enjoy between Christmas and New Year. Try with something fiery or fragrant like a turkey curry.. See method

Ingredients

75ml vodka
15ml white vermouth
15ml brine from pimento stuffed olives in brine
ice cubes
olives, to garnish
pickled silverskin onions, to garnish

Method

Pour the vodka, vermouth and olive brine into a jug. Add a handful of ice cubes and stir until the mixture is very cold.
Taste to check you are happy with the dilution and continue to stir if needed. Strain into 4 chilled shot glasses and garnish each shot with an olive and a pickled silverskin onion.
