Kick back on your picnic blanket and sip on a glass of traditional pink lemonade. Made with fresh raspberries, lemons and pink grapefruit, juiced and topped up with sparkling water, this pretty picnic drink is sure to refresh.

In a small bowl, crush the raspberries with 1/2 tbsp sugar. Set aside.

Combine the lemon and grapefruit juices in a punch bowl. Add the crushed raspberry mixture, remaining sugar and 200ml (7fl oz) water, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

Strain the liquid into a large jug and pour into a transportable bottle; chill for 1 hour, then pack in a cool bag to take to your picnic. To serve, pour the juice into glasses and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a few extra raspberries.
