Ingredients

  • 75cl white wine
  • 3 yellow peaches, sliced into thin wedges
  • ½ cup peach schnapps
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 500ml ginger ale

Method

  1. In a large jug, pour in the wine, schnapps, sliced peaches, orange, lime and sugar.
  2. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Chill liquid for 1 hour or more.
  3. When ready to serve, add ginger ale and stir until combined. Pour into glasses with crushed ice.
