Easy Indian food is the perfect crowd pleaser for a weekend family meal, and this vibrant pomegranate version is a great twist on a classic Indian dip. Traditionally made with cucumber, here creamy Greek yogurt is mixed with mild spices, juicy pomegranate seeds and fresh herbs for a great dip or relish to serve with naan breads as a snack, or with your favourite curry recipe.  

  1. Combine all the ingredients, reserving 2tbsp of pomegranate kernels for scattering over the top before serving.
