Rice pudding recipe

Preheat the oven to 140°C. Grease a large casserole dish with the Everyday Value butter and set to one side.

Combine the milk, sugar and Everyday Value orange zest in a saucepan and bring to the boil over a moderate heat, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and set to one side.

Place the rice in the casserole dish and cover with the hot milk mixture. Bake for 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until the rice has absorbed the milk and thickened.

30 minutes before the rice is ready, stir through the Everyday Value white chocolate before returning the dish to the oven.

Once the rice pudding is ready, remove the dish from the oven and ladle it into serving cups.
