Flavoured with garlic and lemon, these easy stir-fried greens make a great side dish for your next roast dinner. Toast mixed seeds in a pan, add the greens and finish with lemon zest for extra zing. This easy vegan and gluten-free side is ready in just 10 minutes. See method

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g 4-seed mix
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 200g Redmere Farms fresh greens, shredded and hard stalks removed
  • 1 lemon, zested and ½ juiced

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium-high heat. Add the seeds and garlic, fry for 1 min until fragrant, then tip in the greens (they may sizzle as they hit the pan).
  2. Stir-fry for 3-4 mins until the greens are wilted and tender. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon zest and juice; season.
