Ingredients

  • 100g strawberries, hulled
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 40ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • chopped fruit, to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Cut the strawberries in half and chop the banana. Spread out the fruit on a baking tray and freeze overnight.
  2. Put the frozen fruit in a food processor with the remaining ingredients and blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Spoon the ‘nice cream’ into bowls and top with chopped fruit, if you like.
