Ingredients

  • 2 celery sticks
  • 3 apples, quartered
  • 1 large handful kale
  • 250g (8oz) green grapes
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric

Method

  1. Juice the celery, apples, kale and grapes in a juicer. Stir in the lemon juice and turmeric, divide between glasses and serve straight away to get the most vitamins from the juice.
  2. If you don’t have a juicer, chop the celery and apple into cubes and blitz in a blender with the kale, grapes, lemon juice, turmeric and 100ml (3 1/2 fl oz) cold water, until smooth. Pass through a sieve before dividing between 2 serving glasses.
