A refreshing alternative to the classic spritz, the Spaghett combines Aperol, lemon juice and light beer. We’ve opted for an alcohol-free lager to keep the flavour fresh and clean. See our tip below for swapping in an alcoholic beer. See method

Ingredients

  • 250ml chilled alcohol-free or light lager
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • slice of lemon

Method

  1. Pour the beer into a tall glass. Slowly pour in the Aperol and lemon juice. Garnish with the slice of lemon.

Tip: If you prefer to use an alcoholic beer (which has more body), simply reduce the amount of Aperol by half.
