Place eggs, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl and whisk to combine. Place a large frying pan on medium heat and melt 1 knob of butter. Coat 2 slices of bread in the eggy mixture and leave to soak for 30 seconds. In batches, cook for 1-2 mins on each side. Wipe the pan with some kitchen towel, melt the remaining butter and repeat. Serve with strawberries and icing sugar.
