Preheat the oven to Gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C.
Place the fish pieces on a non stick baking sheet.
Mix together the pesto with the breadcrumbs and the grated cheese. Top each fish fillet with a generous layer of the pesto mix and bake in the oven for about 12 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the top crispy.
Serve with salad, crusty bread, or new potatoes.
