Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 50ml gin
  • 15ml vermouth bianco
  • 1-2 tbsp liquid from a jar of cornichons, plus 1 cornichon to garnish
  • 1-2 twists of pared lemon zest

Method

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice cubes, then add the gin, vermouth bianco and cornichon liquid to taste.
  2. Mix well for 20-30 secs until the liquid is very cold, then strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with the cornichon and lemon zest.
