Stick to your healthy resolutions and snack on this easy cauliflower popcorn recipe. Simply toss florets in chilli and spices and roast until crisp for a savoury snack that's perfect for sharing, just add your favourite dip for dunking.
- Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220°C, fan 200°C. Cut the cauliflower into equal, bitesize florets.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower and toss to evenly coat in the spices, then tip into a large roasting tray.
- Roast for 25-30 mins until lightly charred and crisp. Season to taste and eat while hot, with a dip on the side, if you like.
Tip: Customise the cauliflower with your favourite flavours – try smoked paprika and lemon zest or crushed garlic and grated Parmesan. These are delicious with a tangy tomato salsa or cool herby yogurt dip on the side.
