Peel the papaya skin with a peeler

Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon

Cut the papaya into smaller pieces for easier blending

Place milk and papaya into blender and blend till smooth! No sugar required. Makes a nice, smooth, cold drink that is quite filling.

Add ice for a more smoothie-type drink. This drink is popular in Taiwan and other Asian countries. It is thought to increase the size of women‘s chest.
