The first time I had this salad was in a Chinese restaurant. I love it so much that I make it at home and it taste better.
Boil noodles in boiling water till soft. Drain and leave to cool.
Heat tomato ketchup and sweet chilli sauce together. Add in red pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Arrange noodles on a plete. Sprinle with grated carrots and cucumber. Arrange the cookedchilli beef on top. Sprinkle with sliced onions. Spoon over with chilli and tomato sauce.
If you like crispy noodles you can deep fry the noodles for 2 minutesbefore serving.
