this recipe is what made me do what i do today it what inspired me and gave me great idea's for diffrent type's of food and flavours.

1.prep patatoes, thyme,mushrooms,wash ect a sauce pan of hot water on to boil,pre heat oven for pots. 3. open the steak and cut any un-wanted fat off place into a mixing bowl with the olive oil and thyme and salt and pepper leave in the fridge for 10mins, whilst the steak in the fridge marinadeing, place a pan on stove and melt 2tbsp of butter then cook the mushrooms till golden, place pots in oven in melted butter cook until nice and fluffy 4.then add the steak and cook until cook place steak into the oven to keep heat 5. place the double cream into the pan with the steaks juice and cook with the mushrooms add the whole grain mustard until your satifced with the flavours 6.then place steak into the sauce and leave to simmer until pots are done 7. then serve

dont over power the steak with too much mustard, flavours are quiet strong, always use fresh thyme. this meals also great with chips
